Hummus
ingredients:
3 cups cooked chickpeas (1 lb bag makes 7 cups)
1/2 cup smooth tahini
4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
4 tablespoons lemon juice
2 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup water
1 1/2 teaspoon cumin
3/4 teaspoon paprika
place everything in the blender or food processor and blend until smooth
